Loan Offering Tailored for Healthy Food Financing Fund Awardees

The NCRC Community Development Fund, Inc (CDF), a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), is offering applicants of the FY 2023 and FY 2024 New Mexico Healthy Food Financing Fund a specially designed loan product to help finance grant applications that were not funded or unfunded portions of the awarded grant applications previously submitted.

Loans Available to HFFF Applicants and Awardees

NCRC CDF is offering loans between $10,000 and $50,000 for up to 90% of the unfunded portion of your grant application budget. There is no application deadline, but qualifying applicants will be funded on a first-come, first-served basis.
